Paper Submission Procedure


 PAPER SUBMISSION:
OSE reserves the right at its sole discretion to accept or reject any submitted paper . Papers submitted to OSE should address one of the two OSE ojectives specified in the OSE Mission page.

FEES:
Paper submissions require a non-refundable fee of $50.00 paid at the time of submission. Submit payment via Paypal Personal page to friend account Mike P. McKeever.

PLAGIARISM CHECK:
Papers will be checked for plagiarism on Grammarly [https://www.grammarly.com/plagiarism-checker]; evidence of plariarism may result in removing the paper from the site. 

DISCLOSURE STATEMENT:
OSE requires that each author or co-author submit a disclosure statement before publication. The form is available at PAPERS page; download, complete and email the form.
Please note: information on relevant potential conflicts of interest will be made available to the public.

GUIDELINES:

Please include a head shot of each author along with a short biography. Submissions also should include a title page with each author’s name and contact information. Please include an abstract of 100 or fewer words. We ask you to provide a citation of sources for each fact you state.  We encourage you to use bibliographic software when preparing your reference list. If you choose not to use software, then be sure to include these: Title, Author Name, Publication Name, Date of publication. Do NOT include URL’s. Please submit in MS Word format with 1.5 line spacing, 12 point Times New Roman or similar font.
We may reject papers in excess of 40 pages including all appendices and bibliograhies. Margins should be 1.5 inches on the top, bottom, and sides.

And, please include a title page with each author’s name and contact information. Include an abstract of 100 or fewer words.
